How the record works

A plain-language account of prices, current holders, rankings, timestamps, proof cards, moderation, and corrections.

Methodology 1.0Published 24 August 20267 sections

1. The 37 territories

The registry contains Nigeria’s 36 states and Abuja Federal Capital Territory. The map is an interface to those 37 records; the searchable territory index is the complete text alternative and source of navigation.

2. Prices and value

An unclaimed territory starts at its configured opening price. The current value is the amount attached to the latest confirmed claim. The next price is calculated from that confirmed amount using the published pricing rule and rounded only as the rule specifies.

The amount shown in checkout comes from a short-lived server quote tied to the territory version, account, representation, source attribution, and active legal-document snapshot. The browser cannot choose a cheaper authoritative amount.

3. Current holder

The current holder is the patron attached to the latest active reign for a territory. A reign begins only after a verified payment is committed and a confirmed ledger event is appended. A quote, pending authorization, failed payment, or refund does not create a reign.

4. Rankings and Odogwu

Territories are ranked primarily by current confirmed value. Ties use the established deterministic sorting rules so the same records produce the same order. The Odogwu list contains the ten highest-value current positions; it is not a ranking of personal wealth, popularity, or official influence.

5. Time and proof

Public times come from server-recorded events, not a customer’s device clock. A proof page and share card are generated from the confirmed ledger event and its stored representation snapshot. They describe what the registry recorded at that time; they are not identity certificates or endorsements.

6. Moderation and corrections

Content state is evaluated separately from financial history. A representation, account, reign, or event may be neutralised in public views while the underlying event remains available to authorised operators. Administrative corrections are appended and attributable; confirmed ledger history is not silently rewritten.

7. Experiment reporting

The experiment report counts confirmed economic events against predeclared Phase A and Phase B criteria. Continue, hold, or stop readings are evidence summaries, not automatic decisions. The operator records the final decision and should sanity-check distinct payment instruments where identity counts could be distorted.
