1. Who operates the service
Outbid Naija is operated by FEWERTOOLS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17022891. Its registered office is 607 The Almere Flat 607 The Almere, Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, England, MK9 2GG. You can contact us through the published Support page.
Outbid Naija is a paid public digital-placement service built around Nigeria’s 36 states and Abuja FCT. It is not land, title, political authority, an investment, a prize, a wager, or an endorsement by any state, celebrity, fanbase, public body, or person named in customer content.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding contract, and use an email address you control. You are responsible for activity performed through your sign-in code and for securing your mailbox.
An email-verified label confirms access to an email account. An X-linked label confirms that an X account completed our linking flow. Neither label proves every customer claim or creates an endorsement.
3. The position and its price
The map and checkout show the full fixed price required for a territory at that moment. There are no deposits, partial bids, prizes, pooled funds, or payments to the person being replaced.
A confirmed customer may display approved content on the territory until another customer pays the next full published price and their payment commits first. The displaced holder receives no payout or credit. Earlier confirmed events remain in the public record.
4. Checkout, confirmation, and races
The payment provider named before checkout hosts or processes that payment. FEWERTOOLS LTD remains the seller of the placement service and is responsible for delivery, moderation, customer support, refunds, and any tax or compliance obligations that apply to it.
A quote or checkout screen does not change the map. Only a server-verified payment committed against the current territory version creates a new holder. If several people try at once, the first valid payment that commits wins.
By asking us to open checkout, you request immediate performance once payment is confirmed and acknowledge that the placement may begin immediately. Any mandatory cancellation or consumer right that applicable law does not allow you to waive remains unaffected.
5. Customer content and moderation
You keep rights you already have in submitted content and give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, resize, moderate, display, distribute, and promote it as part of the service and its proof cards.
You must have permission to publish every submitted name, image, statement, and link. No impersonation, false official status, rights infringement, deception, threats, hate, unlawful material, or unsafe links. We may reject, hide, neutralise, or remove content; restrict an account; or hold a territory while reviewing a report.
6. Refunds, reversals, and chargebacks
A valid placement is not refundable merely because another customer later replaces it. If the payment provider confirms that money was captured but our system cannot validly deliver the placement, the full captured amount enters our refund or manual-review process.
Do not pay again while a result is uncertain unless the result page gives you a fresh quote. A timeout is not proof that a refund failed, so we verify uncertain outcomes before retrying. Chargebacks, reversals, fraud reports, and provider instructions may place an account, payment, or territory on hold.
7. Availability and responsibility
We may pause payments, placements, accounts, a territory, or the experiment to protect customers, reconcile money, follow provider instructions, maintain the service, or respond to legal and operational risk. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, continued placement, publicity, resale value, or a particular audience reaction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FEWERTOOLS LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any consumer right or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
8. Changes, contact, and governing law
Material changes receive a new version and effective date, and a new payment requires acceptance of the current version. Contact Support about payments, moderation, privacy, accounts, or these Terms; include the opaque checkout reference when relevant and never send a full card number, bank password, PIN, OTP, or provider secret.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, except that mandatory rights and forums available to you under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
